Methods+Mastery, a FleishmanHillard company, has an immediate opening for an energetic, self-starting Social Insights & Analytics Apprentice to join our team. Our new Social Insights & Analytics Apprentice will have the opportunity to work alongside Methods+Mastery’s analysts and strategists to analyze data and generate actionable insights and recommendations for our clients. Positions are available in Texas, California, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, D.C. This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid set-up with work from home and work from office flexibility.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $16.20-$22.00 per hour.

The Social Insights & Analytics apprenticeship will last three months, with an opportunity for extension to six months.

Play an active role in daily social media listening, research and measurement for a variety of national and global clients.
Assist in developing social insights from primary and secondary market research, business analysis and competitive data.
Work closely under senior analysts’ guidance to recommend social and digital strategies and ensure implementation.
See the big picture: Connect the dots by digging deep to uncover trends and insights from data.
Conduct analysis through the use of social listening tools, audience intelligence tools and owned analytics tools.
Assist in developing client KPI’s.

Qualifications
Candidates must be a graduate and display an eagerness to expand their skills in social-focused communications, marketing, advertising and project management and be available to work full time Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m (local time). Specifically, the candidate should also have some experience in the following areas:

Must-haves:

1 year of experience gained in social media, planning, communications and/or analytics with experience writing up recaps, summaries, or trend reports
Analytically-minded: Must be willing to learn how to analyze and interpret social-driven data with a basic understanding of percentages and math
Passionate about news, culture, and social media trends
Excellent research, writing, and organization skills
Excellent communications and critical-thinking skills
Experience utilizing tools within the Microsoft and Google product suite, with particular emphasis on advanced comfort in Excel/Google Sheets
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing large data sets
Ability to work easily in both large team environments and independently
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Consumer Tech Senior Account Executive

Methods+Mastery has an immediate opening for a talented, experienced Tech Media Senior Account Executive who will partner with the account leads to secure both ongoing and news coverage supporting one of our Fortune 50 clients and our rapidly-growing integrated marketing and communications offerings. The Tech Media Executor will support one of the agency’s largest and fastest growing accounts. This role requires strong proactive media skills and a mastery of the consumer tech media landscape. Clear writing and communication skills are also key – this role includes drafting tactical plans for product news moments such as announcements of new features and software updates, along with proactive pitches. Positions are available in Texas, California, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, D.C. Social Content Strategist

We have an immediate need for a talented, energetic, self-starting Social Strategist to lead development of social media and content marketing strategies across our base of clients. In particular, you’ll work with Fortune 50 brands in the consumer and enterprise tech space. Positions are available in Texas, California, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, D.C. This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid set-up with work-from-home and work-from-office flexibility.

Responsibilities
Plan, guide and oversee the development of effective social media strategies for Consumer and B2B audiences; act as the day-to-day program lead on social projects.
Plan, guide and oversee social content, creative and engagement focused on putting our strategies into action and using client’s owned channels to move the needle with their audiences – whether it’s consumers, their employees or executives.
Provide regular strategic counsel directly with senior clients and to our M+M colleagues.
Work collaboratively with a team of creative and content strategists, planners, data analysts and creative designers.
Work closely with our analytics team to guide research briefs that will inform smart social strategies, and input on measurement frameworks that measure their efficacy.
Develop creative briefs to translate social strategy into creative campaigns, working closely with the creative team throughout the creative process to keep the team tracking against strategy.
Actively stay up to date on platform changes, new offerings, best practices, and competitive case studies and provide unique POV and recommendations for our clients. Own direct relationships with key social platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Meta/Instagram, TikTok and Reddit.

Grow our business with existing and new clients by collaborating with the M+M team on new business pitches and proposals, and consistently putting innovative ideas and approaches forward to our clients.
Support development of the agency’s go-to-market materials for our social media marketing offering, building best practices and working with senior leadership to bolster our service offering, products, marketing, etc.

Qualifications

Must-haves:
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience planning and developing social media campaigns, programs and content, for Consumer and B2B audiences.
Experience in a client-facing account management, social strategy or strategic advisor role, preferably in an advertising, social or digital marketing agency.
Experience with and an understanding of consumer tech and/or enterprise technology space, including sector trends and audience decision-making needs, is a bonus.
Deep knowledge of social media platforms & passion for staying up-to-day on changes and best practices – LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok etc.
Experience utilizing research and analytics to develop social media campaign strategy and/or content strategy based on insights. Comfort in finding the meaning in data and presenting data-driven strategy.
Strong ability to facilitate discussion, collaboration, and consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong oral and written communications – you can articulate ideas well and present smart strategies with passion.
Attention to detail with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage ad-hoc requests in tandem with ongoing projects, working in partnership with a project manager. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum-based project management principles is ideal.
